Workmanship Guarantee

We aim to complete your booking without any problems and we want you to be 100% happy with the quality of the service we provide.

Should anything not go to plan, we will do everything in our power to rectify any issues with as little delay as possible and, keep you updated throughout the process. Please let us know as soon as possible.

We do complete an inspection report on completion of every build.

From the date of the booking, we provide a six week guarantee on the assembly of your furniture item. This gives enough time to be able to use all features of the item well enough to be able to identify any re-adjusting or remedial works.

This is our workmanship guarantee and a re-attendance is not charged for if the fault is a result of our workmanship.

If the fault has occurred as a result of misuse (overloading, excessive force, wreckless movement of or use of the item), we will charge for the return visit at a standard rate of £35.

Having said that, our aim is for you to enjoy using your furniture every time you use it. We want to make sure that happens and will do everything within reason to help with that.
